What are the criteria for an invention to obtain a patent?

In order to grant a patent to an invention, it must have the following characteristics:

  1. NOVELTY,
  2. INVENTIVE STEP [in other words, it should not be an obvious invention for a person skilled in the art]
  3. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY,
  4. The invention should be disclosed in a clear and exact way.

As a result of the solutions to the technical problems faced by mankind, inventions have emerged.Here are the surprising results coming from different solutions and approaches brought by the inventors who want to make a flying car to the following the technical problem.
Technical problem: Can a vehicle go on the highway and fly in the air?
 
Solution 1- Approach to the solution of the problem with the wing technology used by the aircraft,
Solution 2- Trying to solve the problem by using parachute systems,
Solution 3-Creation of a brand new flying car with the techniques similar to the principles of up and down motion of helicopters.
