HOW LONG IS THE DESIGN REGISTRATION RESULTED, WHAT ARE PROCESSES?
The design registration applications made to the Turkish Patent Institution go through 4 main processes.
What are the processes and durations of industrial design registration?

1- Formal examination of the design file
2- Record to the registry
3- Publication. The publication period is 3 months
4-Evaluation of objections (if any)
5-Design Registration certificate is given
All these processes are completed within a period of about 7-8 months. If the design application is required to be concluded early, the Publication Fee is paid at the time of application. The approximate duration of the processes for standard applications where no objection is submitted to the design application during the publication shall be as in the table below.
